Fun, relaxing story and game based yoga classes for children aged 3 - 8 years
Hi, I’m Louise and I teach Children’s Yoga and meditation using stories and games.
I have practiced yoga for many years and I am also an experienced and qualified Childcare Practitioner registered with the SSSC, Disclosure Scotland and first aid trained.
I have seen the benefits of yoga and meditation for children and adults alike and am delighted to be able to offer these classes to children.
At Buzzy Bees we believe that yoga has many benefits and this is why we offer fun and enjoyable classes for children using stories and games as well as relaxing guided meditations.

We can also come to you as we provide classes in nurseries, schools and clubs. One off classes and blocks can be arranged and we currently have availability during the day and after school.
